What is MindStein™?

MindStein I Think is an interactive e-learning template that is customized to recreate challenges that occur in the work environment. The template is populated with information relevant to your organization or industry.

Questions, decisions, and additional learning exercises are developed from the information that we gather to populate your organization’s customized learning template.

The learner is presented with a series of challenges or decisions and is guided through the problem-solving process that is designed to teach the learner key thinking skills. Learners experience real life work challenges and learn to use their knowledge and skills to address complex problems while increasing their understanding of the subject matter.

MindStein™ is designed in two platforms.

Traditional Training

In the traditional training model, knowledge is compartmentalized. Individuals learn a subject and are tested on what they’ve learned. Making critical judgment calls, thinking through complex problems, making decisions, and acting strategically requires understanding how one compartment of knowledge affects all of the other compartments. Compartmentalized knowledge is fine for taking tests. Real life business challenges are not compartmentalized and judgment calls happen in split seconds. Effectively using your “know how” is crucial in today’s business markets. Traditional training alone does not address this growing need.

Training with MindStein™

The MindStein Learning Platform takes what the learner knows and adds how the learner will use the knowledge. The platform is designed for individuals to apply their “know how” to real life business challenges. Individuals learn to overcome obstacles, connect with customers, make better decisions, address complex business challenges, and drive business objectives.

MindStein™ is delivered in a format that fits your organizational processes

MindStein is an interactive e-learning tool that can be hosted on a server or delivered via a CD-ROM format. MindStein is delivered in the training format that best fits your organizational needs and processes. Business challenges and scenarios can be changed as frequently as your learning objectives dictate. MindStein gathers information for data entry and works with the organization to determine the platform model that correlates with organizational learning objectives. The learning platform is populated, installed and tested. Customization, installation and maintenance are seamless. MindStein can be customized with your organization’s logo, colors, and theme.
