Trainer's Tools » So Much To Do, So Little Time

Natalie has just been promoted to the training department of a small sales organization. Natalie was an outstanding representative, respected by her peers, and loved by all of her customers. Her manager thought she would be a great addition to the training department, because she is patient and helpful with new representatives, she loves to teach, she is extremely organized, and her sales have been consistently exceptional. She had a banner year and was promoted to training manager.
Now that training is her full time responsibility, Natalie is immediately overwhelmed with the multitude of tasks that she is expected to perform. The skills that made her a great sales representative have not always translated into skills needed to manage her training responsibilities.
