Mercy Morganfield is the President of RightHands Resources Inc. Mercy began her career in the training industry as a training executive for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

Twenty-one years inside the corporate structure of large Fortune 500 companies have given her a unique perspective on understanding the learning needs of corporate employees as well as understanding the importance of partnering with company stakeholders to provide the coaching and sustainability needed to ensure a successful transfer of knowledge that can be linked to performance and business objectives.

Mercy is responsible for building two highly successful corporate universities that have serviced over twenty thousand learners, from administrative professionals to senior executives. Developing curricula for corporate universities have given her access to thousands of training industry resource suppliers and a rare opportunity to examine and assess the content, suitability, and value of hundreds of outsourced, instructor-led training programs as well as participant driven learning resources.

Utilizing adult learning principles, training metrics, and advanced instructional design, Mercy designed, developed and implemented a diverse array of customized classroom workshops, instruction manuals and participant guides, interactive electronic programs, coaching guides and sustainability pieces.

Linking knowledge with experience, Mercy held key leadership roles inside large training organizations. These teams have been recognized repeatedly for training excellence within the training industry. Being a part of a winning team ranked within the top three of Training Magazine’s, Training Top 100, Mercy led her Canadian Training Team to win this coveted award within one year of taking responsibility as the Director, Team Leader. This marked the first time this award had been won by a Canadian company within the training industry.

Mercy brings a wealth of training expertise and experience to RightHands Resources. She has a B.S. in Mass Communications and a Masters in Transformative Language Arts.
